HADLEY WOOD
Hadley wood was a project we completed in 2023 consisting of a complete new build of a large detached luxury home with outbuilding which featured a swimming Pool as just one of the stand out features of the project. The client provided the design & we undertook the Project management & full construction. From Demolition, ground works, foundations to shell & core through to final fit out, all trades and finishes were over seen and completed as part of our scope.
The project was extensive, & the finishes were all bespoke. stand out features of the project was the stone work on the façade of the building, Garden landscaping, bespoke bathrooms & joinery features & of course the swimming Pool in the outbuilding.
GREENSIDE
Greenside was a another complete New Build on a more modest scale. We managed and carried out the complete works from Demolition, Ground works, foundations, shell & core through to interior fit out. The end result was a charming, efficient & attractive space both inside & out. The house blended seamlessly into the terraced road, as if it had been there from the start.
As part of new build housing, Solar panelling was installed, and the house was completed to the highest efficiency rating possible, whilst not compromising the attraction and sense of space within.
NORTHEND
For Northend our scope of works was to renovate an existing build & complete a rear ground floor extension. We carried out the full extent of works required from Ground works through to the fitted kitchen and finishes.
Small but effective details such as the coffered ceiling with discreet lighting helped to create a sense of space & warmth.

FAROE RD
Faroe Road - Bespoke and unusual side extension to an existing period terraced house. The project was unusual due to the angled steels, which were set at a strategic angle through the existing 1st floor wall, which was required to achieve a tapered wall side extension.
The interior living space was completed with large bespoke slim profile steel panelled doors, for an elegant and sophisticated look.
larger tapered skylights were then used to emphasise as much natural light as possible into the space, these along with the bespoke glass doors achieved an open, relaxing & vibrant living space.
OUTSIDE POOL
For this project we provided a smaller but just as important service to on of our long serving clients. A pre existing swimming pool was in need of repair & renovations. we under took the works of drawing, repair, renovation and updating the plumbing. we fully understand and willing to provide the important works that you require, regardless of the scale of the project. Building the end product is only as good as the aftercare that follows.
VENETIAN PLASTER
For this project our client wanted to create an unique &
& beautiful space for the entrance hall. we used Bespoke & unique interior finishes such as Venetian plaster, under lit stair trades, glass balustrades and beatific solid wood bannisters.
a Curved wall and pocket door helped to open the sense of space & flow through the hallway. With limited natural light, the feature lighting and reflective light surface of the venetian plaster helped to open up the space & create an inspiring interior finish.
